ICQ “bing bing” got someone added me! O.O
its a 18 yr old girl from hk, ahaha first msg she typed was “thanks for relying me!!! i am so bored that nobody wanna say hi to me” lol, its been a long time since i last chatted with overseas people. moreover its on ICQ!!!! ok chatted with her for quite long, about 2, 3 hours online, and she suddenly request something. she said she wants to write a letter to me! wAh its been so long since i last received a letter/postcard ( last one was 7 or 8 years ago? during my sec sch days), nowadays just alot junk emails flooding my emails =SS anyway given her my address and she said will send me a surprise gift, wonder whats that O.o, maybe i should send smthing back to her once i get it =D
talking about school, its been a wk plus and projects are throwing in, mad mad mad, its going to be one hell of sem for the remaining half of yr. but i’m going to give my best shot, at least whatever i can do and i shd be doing and see how things goes. today clicker quiz was a big flop, wth man so many wrong ans!!! haha lucky the weightage was low…abt less than 0.5% =O 10km coming, comex coming and most IMPTLY IPHONE IS COMING!!!! got one be one hell of fun i suppose for last wk of aug! GOGOGOGOO!! CHIONG AH!!!~~~~~

NOT ADVISED TO WATCH FOR THOSE WITH WEAK HEART!
wanted to try the new firefox 3 yet wanted to keep yr firefox 2 for plugin lovers? here a way to install and run them separately!
with only your firefox 2 installed in yr pc and ensure its not running
1) go to windows RUN command and type -> firefox -p , hit enter (Note: for vista user, hit the windows icon key + R to get the RUN textbox displayed, normal Start Search wouldn’t work).
2)
create a new profile of any name, example firefox3prof then exit
3) download firefox 3 install using the custom installation, choose a different installation path, example default path is C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox, change it to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 3 so that it will be a different folder from your firefox 2, after installation UNCHECK LAUNCH NOW and exit
4)
right click the newly created Firefox 3 desktop shortcut choose properties, go under shortcut tab, edit the target path to “C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 3\firefox.exe” -no-remote -p firefox3prof
firefox3prof is the new profile you created eariler
So now you are done with your firefox 3 which runs on the new profile you created.
5)
to get firefox 2 back running, and concurrently works with firefox 3, go to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox/<- location where your firefox 2 folder, right click on the firefox.exe and create a shortcut. Drag the shortcut to the desktop (rename is to firefox 2 if you want), right click on the shortcut, go to properties, shortcut tab, edit the target path to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe” -no-remote
Now you can run both firefox 2 and firefox 3 concurrently! Cheers!
for those wanted to run plugins that is incompatible for firefox 3, try install this on your firefox 3, it simply forces those plugins install – Install the Nightly Tester Tools extension – http://www.oxymoronical.com/web/firefox/nightly
